Vendor Registration

Please take a few moments to review the registration, Choose the pricing package for your business (including space size, and venue advertising). You can choose whether to be a vendor at just the Mitzvah session, just the Event session, or both.  Once you have filled out the registration, simply press pay at the bottom to pay the deposit to hold your spot for the event (50%).

 

For caterers, a full size, professional kitchen is available for a nominal fee. Load in and load out for all vendors and NO hidden spaces, every single vendor will be highly visible to each attendee.

As we have in years past, our cost breakdown for vendors is broken into packages. We offer four different packages, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Take a moment to see which package you would like and then register. Remember to let us know if you are signing up for the Mitzvah Marketplace, The Event Marketplace, or want to do both. With most packages, vendors will receive a discount for the total cost if they stay for both Marketplace events.

Bronze Package: $199

The Bronze Package is our least expensive and comes with few bells and whistles. What you get:

Placement on of the small roundtop tables

Located near the venue entrance

A stool, no electricity

Great for photographers, hairstylists, etc., who are mostly showing photos of their services and handing

out cards or pamphlets.

NOTE: Vendors who wish to buy this package and want to stay for both Marketplace events (6 hours)

will not receive a discount for the second hour (total for all six hours is $398)

Silver Package: $399

Gold Package: $599

The Silver Package comes with a few more bells and whistles, including:

Placement in our standard sized spaces, with chairs

Access to electricity

Ad with logo shown on the in-venue plasma TV's twice during the events.

Great for those who need more space or have larger examples of their goods and services to display

NOTE: Cost for one of the two events: $399

             Cost for both events: $650 (six hours, discount of $150)

The Gold Package is a great deal, and comes with a lot more bells and whistles. What you get:

Placement in our largest spaces, with chairs

Preferred Placement

Access to electricity

Ads with logos shown on the in-venue plasma Three times an hour

Logo added website and Event advertising

Mention onstage during the events

Great for vendors wishing to be presented front and center before potential customers and have larger displays

NOTE: Cost for one of the two events: $599

             Cost for both events: $750 (six hours, discount of $250)

Platinum Package: $899

The Platinum Package is essentially our Sponsorship Level Package and provides much more exposure and visibility as well as the bells and whistles. What you get:

Placement in our largest spaces, with chairs

Preferred Placement

Access to electricity

Ads with logos shown on the in-venue plasma TV's six times an hour

Logo added to website and event advertising

Logo added to all Marketplace collateral (bags, t-shirts, etc.)

An onstage interview during the event to highlight your business

Great for any vendors wishing to push to the front of the line and receive the most visibility possible during the events.

NOTE: Cost for one of the two events: $899

             Cost for both events: $1,400 (six hours, discount of $400)
